Blissful Yoga

Rosa started her yoga practice in the Iyengar tradition in 2000 in Mexico City, where she's from.

In 2005, she stepped into a small, local studio in North West Phoenix where she started teaching regularly and realized how much she enjoyed sharing her yoga practice and knowledge.

She did her teacher training through YogaWorks at Blissful Yoga Studio with Malachi Melville as her mentor, and is part of the first generation of YogaWorks teachers that have since transformed the yoga landscape in Arizona.

Safety, alignment, intelligent sequencing, strength, mindful movement and a good dose of yogic values give her classes a unique sense of balance and harmony. Community and high quality yoga are her priorities...

Later, she embarqued on the adventure of owning, growing and transforming Blissful to what it is today... the best, most successful locally owned yoga studio in Arizona.
