It moves when you move and never loses it's shape. I have several items from ION and no matter how many times I wash them they fit great and colors are still brilliant. I'm between a size 4 - 5 and I get the small.Size chart is accurate so trust it. If you are looking for comfort and style, in or out of the gym ION is the way to go! nice design Y.Q.T.F. love the roll down waist and a really nice design.
