I do hot yoga anywhere from 1-4x per week. I absolutely will not go without my yogitoes. The towel stops me from slipping on my mat. It also soaks up all sweat... which is a big task in a hot/Bikrim yoga class. The towel has really renewed my enthusiasm for yoga. I have such a better yoga experience with my yogitoes.
